Legato Workout - part 2

Hello Everyone,

and welcome to my second column at CHOPS FROM HELL. This time we're gonna look at some interesting ways to use legato. I like to use this method for achieving a smooth sound. The idea behind what I'm doing is I'm playing a fragmented major scale with an added 2nd. Rememebr to stretch that little finger a minor 3rd through out this entire idea. Throughout the lick you'll see it's kinda difficult to get a clean sound, but just work on it and you'll have it. This lick is all in legato. I pick only the first note of every string. Remember to have fun and work hard!
