The first 3 chapters involve monophonic tapping. The 4th chapter includes exercises to learn to retract the pick, and how to use three fingers of the right hand. The 5th and 6th chapters are about polyphonic tapping. In the 7th chapter, a little longer than previous ones, Thomas explains how he organizes both hands during an improvisation. Seven short pieces are played to conclude the series of exercises: "The Flight of the Bumblebee" (NR Korsakov), "Tap Tap Here Now" (T.
